About our classroom courses

Our classroom courses are video based and led by AHA and ASHI instructors. The courses have been updated to reflect 2020 international resuscitation guidelines. Participants benefit from learning in a dynamic group environment with personalised hands-on coaching. The lifesaving skills are taught with the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows students to practice skills guided by video in real time.

CPR for Schools

Most cardiac arrests occur in the community and are fatal in 90% of cases. The majority are witnessed by family, friends or bystanders and research has shown that early CPR can double or even triple survival. The World Health Organisation, American Heart Association and European Resuscitation Council endorse CPR training for all children over the age of 12 to “learn to save a life”.
